Moving Quote

In Hamlet there are many quotes that had hidden messages within the it. The one quote that particularly moved me would have to be "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark." This quote was the bet because it is the beginning of the climax of the story. It gets the readers ready for the madness of Hamlet. This quote foreshadows the tragic future of Denmark. Without "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark" Hamlet would not be the same.

MOVIE #1

Out of all the movies showed in class the first movie was the best. Franco Zefferelli knows

how to make a Hamlet movie. Franco put the setting in the right tone. It was dark, black, dray,

and mysterious. The beginning of the movie kept me on my toes. The way the ghost came in

was amazing.

The camera angles on the characters made everything seem more menacing and evil. Also,

the characters in the movie were well casted. They played there part to perfection. The music

went with the theme: Dark, dray and mysterious. If I had the chance to see the rest of the movie

I would in a heartbeat.
